About Us
Diva Dance Fitness is a small, local company that truly believes in the empowering influence pole, and fitness in general can have on women. Not only does pole allow you to strengthen, and tone your body, it is also fun. Students gain camaraderie from each other, become exhilarated when they master moves, and they get to learn how to move their bodies in new ways. Pole fitness changes the outlook of those learning it, allowing them to evolve from shy creatures who don’t believe in themselves, into beautiful, smiling women with nothing but sheer confidence. We challenge you to come try a class with us- it truly is hard not to love, and if anything you will leave with laughter in your heart.
We keep class sizes small- this allows each individual to have their own pole for the entire class. This ensures students learn quickly in a more intimate setting, and allows our instructors to keep a watchful eye for safety and form while learning.
Our instructors are very friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable while taking a class- we are AFLCA certified in group fitness with a specialty in choreography. We have the highest level First Aid available because your safety is important to us. Plus are constantly trying to take workshops to learn more and be better teachers for our students- the most recent was a stretching and flexibility workshop with Alixa Sutton (world renowned contortionist, trainer, and choreographer). We also are certified in Level 1a (recognized by CanFit Pro) by Elisabeth Magalhaes, and are actively pursuing the next certifications as well.
Remember ALL sizes are welcome. If you are not fit now, don’t worry, we can modify moves and get you to be where you want to be! Students do have to be eighteen years or older because this class while focused on fitness, does require maturity.

Diva Dance Fitness holds classes in Leduc, AB at Flex FX Fitness. We also travel for private lessons, or parties.
**Currently, we have the following classes running:
Aerial Pole Classes - Starting with level one beginner class, students will learn a variety of different moves that have been put together into a full routine to music. Classes occur once a week for one hour, progressing over six weeks.
Private Classes - One on one time with an instructor to build skills, or learn routines, whatever you desire.
Pole Fit Classes - Pole fit classes are open to males, and females whether they are taking pole dance or not. However, if you are currently taking pole classes, pole fit will allow you to gain the strength you need to further your moves. Pole fit is not for those just getting off the couch- It is an intense workout! There are no spins, swings, or pole moves in pole fit, just conditioning. This is a combination of strength building and cardio.
