About me:
After concluding a 10 year relationship with dance, I was exploring for a new way to invite activity back into my life. In April 2010, I was drawn to the hot yoga offered during the grand opening of YogaLife Studios and immediately fell in love. I had finally found not only my passion, but what felt like my calling. In May 2011 I travelled to the beautiful Anamaya Resort in Montezuma, Costa Rica to receive my 200 hour yoga teacher certification.
Why I started my business & the different things I do:
I remember one of the hardest things when I first started practicing was having to get the motivation to drive those 30 kms to the city to go to class and I realized that I must not be the only person. This gave me the idea to start my own business and teach small registered classes at the Devon Community Center. From there I had a few people talking about how they would like to learn more alignment, or specific poses to different injuries or to stretch certain areas, one on one so again, I got the idea to start teaching privately out of people’s homes.
If you would like more info on my registered classes or a private session, feel free to contact me by phone (780) 441-5693 or by email [email protected]

Yoga has to be one of the most dynamic activities to do and one of the most beneficial! Whether you are just looking to move your body, gain flexibility or muscle mass, tone or learn how to keep peace in your mind, there is a type of yoga out there
