How the Contest Works

Register to be a participant on or before May 15th!

Come to the first weigh in / measurements on May 15th!
(Click Here for weigh in schedule)
There are 2 weigh in's per month, and one monthly challenge each month!
(Click Here for monthly challenges information)
You choose your own methods.
You choose what strategy you want to use to lose your % of weight. Your own nutrition / training. You can do it at home, you can use DVDs, you can go to the gym, you can get a personal trainer, you can go for group training, you can use a dietician/nutritionist, it's YOUR CHOICE!
It doesn't matter what you do, as long as you don't stop!
The person with the most % of weight lost by November 18th (two final weigh in date options - Nov 15th & Nov 18th) will be the Devon & Area Biggest Loser!
